About IBSAT 2017:

The IBSAT 2017 examination is an entrance test that the ICFAI Business School conducts. The authority for IBSAT is the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education in Hyderabad.
IBSAT is one of the most popular and prominent university level entrance examinations in India.  
The IBSAT exam is applicable for those who wish to pursue-
MBA and PGPM in B-schools that ICFAI offers.

The IBSAT scores will be accepted by The ICFAI University, Dehradun, The ICFAI University, Jaipur and The ICFAIAN Foundation for offering admission to following programs:

These institutes will also accept the GMAT (from 2016 onwards), NMAT and CAT 2017 scores for offering admission to the academic session 2017-2019.

Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria for IBSAT 2017:

  • Candidates have to satisfy eligibility under any circumstances to be allowed to write the IBSAT Exam.
  • Even if one of the eligibility criteria is not satisfied, the candidate will not be eligible to write the IBSAT Exam.
  • In order to satisfy the IBSAT eligibility for appearing in the IBSAT 2017 exam you need to-
  • Have a recognized bachelor’s degree of three years wherein you must have obtained 50 per cent marks to satisfy IBSAT eligibility.
  • Have a recognized Master’s degree of two years wherein you must have obtained 60 per cent marks to satisfy IBSAT eligibility. The subjects are Management, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, Commerce, Sociology, Stats, Public Administration as well as allied subjects.
  • Those who have a professional qualification such as CA, CS, CFA or CWA with 60 per cent plus marks are also eligible for IBSAT 2017.
  • The medium of study must have been English for the candidate to be able to apply for IBSAT. In case this is not the case, the candidate will need to provide the score for NELT, IELTS  or TOEFL by May 2017.
  • Candidates appearing in the graduation final year also are eligible for IBSAT Exam. The mark sheets and documents for the same must be provided by November 2017 at the most.
  • The candidate will have to have completed 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern of education.
  • Those who have part time or correspondence degrees are not eligible to apply for IBSAT.

Application Process for IBSAT 2017:
  • All candidates eligible and interested to appear in IBSAT 2017 need to register themselves online. In order to register for the IBSAT test, the candidates will need to access the official IBSAT site.
  • The form for IBSAT 2017 will be available on the official IBSAT website as well as in the offline mode. All IBS marketing offices will offer offline IBSAT forms for admissions to all candidates eligible for IBSAT. The online IBSAT registration process begins with filling in the basic details and academic qualification online. Begin with clicking on Admissions tab.

Application Form Details for IBSAT 2017:

  • The IBSAT form is available online for a price of INR 1800 for candidates. The candidates will be paying the fees that will be non-returnable in case of rejection of IBSAT application too.The IBSAT fees can be paid via net banking, credit card or debit card.Relevant IBSAT Application Form bank charges will be applicable as per the mode of payment used.
