AIMS Test for Management Admissions [ATMA] 2017

Exam Description:

About ATMA:

AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) is a national level entrance test organized by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) for admissions to postgraduate management programs. The exam is conducted four times in a year and acts as a gateway for aspiring students to take admission in management courses including MBA, PGDM, PGDBA, MCM, etc.
The main objective of conducting ATMA is to assess and test the candidate’s skills in subjects like comprehension skills, verbal reasoning capabilities, and numerical reasoning capabilities. On the basis of the test results and rank scored, the deserving students are shortlisted for admission in various management courses in the top management colleges across India.
Every year, ATMA conduct the examination four times in the months of February, May, July and December successfully and a huge number of applicants get enrolled in the examination.

Eligibility
Eligibility criteria for ATMA 2017:

The eligibility criteria is a set of conditions that all applicants need to satisfy. The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) has decided the following eligibility criteria for the applicants aspiring to appear for ATMA 2017.

The eligibility criteria for ATMA is:

The Applicant must have completed 21 years of age on the date of admission to satisfy the eligibility criteria for ATMA.
The Applicant should hold a bachelor's degree from any recognized university with any stream in order to satisfy the eligibility criteria.
The candidate should have scored minimum 50% in graduation to satisfy the eligibility criteria for ATMA.
It is essential for all candidates to satisfy the ATMA eligibility criteria. If it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria, he or she will not be eligible for admission.
Starting date of registration 01 January 2017
Last date of registration 28 February 2017

Analytical Reasoning Skills:
  • The Questions on Analytical Skills will examine the logical thinking abilities of a candidate. No specialized knowledge of any particular field is required for answering the questions. In the Questions on Analytical Skills you need to analyze the situations on which each Question is based and then select the answer choice that is most appropriate response to the question. Each set of Questions or group of Questions is based on a passage or set of conditions.
Mode of application
Application process for ATMA 2017:

The Applicants can apply for ATMA 2017 through offline and online mode. Those candidates who are filling the application form through online mode are required to visit  the official website. Here we have mentioned the detailed information about the application process of ATMA-2017.

How to apply for ATMA via Online mode:

Go to the official website of the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).
Download the ATMA Application form.
Fill up the required sections like name, father’s name, address, marks and other important details.
Upload a passport size photograph and valid signature.
Finally, upload the duly filled ATMA application form on the official website
ATMA Online Payment:

The ATMA Application fee is Rs. 1100
The Candidates can pay the ATMA application fee via credit card, debit card or internet banking.

How to apply for ATMA via Offline mode:

  • Go to the ATMA  official website  of the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).
  • Download the ATMA Application form.
  • Fill up the required sections like name, father’s name, address, marks and other important details
  • Sent the duly filled ATMA application form along with the demand draft to the address of the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).

Application form for ATMA 2017:

The candidates opting for the offline mode to apply can purchase the ATMA Bulletins from the ATMA Admission Centre on paying the application fee either in cash or DD. Such candidates will have to fill in the ATMA Application Form in their handwriting and submit the duly filled form at the ATMA office.Interested and eligible candidates, in order to appear for ATMA 2017 must fill in the ATMA August 2017 Application Form. The candidates can either choose the online or offline mode to apply for the test. The ATMA Application Form is available online on the official website of ATMA-AIMS, however, they can easily obtain the form by accessing the link given above. The candidates will firstly be required to get themselves registered and acquire PID & password, then fill in the Application Form. The candidates opting for Online Registration are required to make online payment of the requisite ATMA application fee.
