About TSICET 2019:
Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TSICET) 2019 is conducted by Kakatiya University on behalf of Telangana State Council for Higher Education.
The Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test or TSICET is an MBA/MCA entrance exam conducted for the admission to the B-schools in Telangana. TSICET 2019 is a paper-pencil based test to be conducted in May.TSICET exam is conducted every year for admission to post graduate programmes of Master of Business Application (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) in various institutes of Telangana state affiliated with Kakatiya University.
Once the TSICET 2019 Examination is over, the conducting body will release the TSICET 2019 Results along with the TSICET 2019 Answer Key. The qualifying candidates can access the TSICET 2019 Merit list in the official website. The successful candidates can proceed for the TSICET 2019Counselling with all the necessary documents.

Eligibility criteria for TSICET 2019:
Candidates must fulfill basic Eligibility Criteria to be able to apply for the desired programme. The eligibility criteria is as follows:
To be eligible,the candidates should belong to India.
If in case, he/she from outside of Telangana, then it is necessary to submit a local/Non-local certificate from the officials to study in a Telangana Educational Institution. (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended up to date, to be eligible for the exam.
If the qualifying degree is obtained by distance mode then it should be recognized by joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC, to be eligible for the TSICET exam.
The candidates who are in the final year of the qualifying examination can also apply provided their results will be declared on or before the TSICET 2017 Counselling Process.
Only the candidates who Studied a discipline in Graduation under an institution affiliated by the University Grant commission (UGC) or a similar institute/University that having equal status are eligible to apply for this job opening.
The candidates in all the categories (SC/ST, General) must have scored 25% in the TSICET to be eligible for admission.
To be eligible for MBA Course: Minimum prescribed educational qualification is three years bachelor degree from a recognized institution.
To be eligible for MCA Course: Minimum prescribed educational qualification is three years bachelor degree passed with Mathematics.

The syllabus for the TSICET exam is as mentioned below:
Section-A: Analytical Ability: 75Q (75 Marks)
Data Sufficiency: 20Q (20 Marks)
Problem Solving 55Q (55 Marks)
a) Sequences and Series 25Q (25 Marks)
Analogies of numbers and alphabet, completion of blank spaces following the pattern in a: b: c: d relationship; odd thing out: missing number in a sequence or a series.
b) Data Analysis 10Q (10 Marks)
The data given in a Table, Graph, bar diagram, Pie Chart, Venn diagram or a Passage is to be analyzed and the questions pertaining to the data are to be answered.
c) Coding and Decoding Problems 10Q (10 Marks)
In this section a code pattern of English Alphabet is given. A given word or a group of letters are to be coded or decoded based on the given code or codes.
d) Date, Time & Arrangement Problems 10Q (10 Marks)
Calendar problems, clock problems, blood relationships, arrivals, departures and schedules, seating arrangements, symbol and notation interpretation.

Laws of indices, ratio and proportion; surds; numbers and divisibility, l.c.m. and g.c.d; Rational numbers, Ordering.; Percentages; Profit and loss; Partnership, Pipes and cisterns, time, distance and work problems, areas and volumes, mensuration, modular arithmetic.
Algebraical and Geometrical Ability 30Q (30 Marks)
Statements, Truth tables, implication converse and inverse, Tautologies-Sets, Relations and functions, applications - Equation of a line in different forms.
Trigonometry - Trigonometric ratios, Trigonometric ratios of standard angles, (0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 180°): Trigonometric identities: sample problems on heights and distances, Polynomials; Remainder theorem and consequences; Linear equations and expressions; Progressions, Binomial Theorem, Matrices, Notion of a limit and derivative; Plane geometry - lines, Triangles, Quadrilaterals, Circles, Coordinate geometry-distance between points.
III. Statistical Ability: 10Q (10 Marks)
Frequency distributions, Mean, Median, Mode, Standard Deviations, Correlation, simple problems on Probability.
Section-C: Communication Ability: 50Q (50 Marks)
Candidates are assessed on the ability to
Identify vocabulary used in the day-to-day communication.
Understand the functional use of grammar in day-to-day communication as well as in the business contexts.
Identify the basic terminology and concepts in computer and business contexts (letters, reports, memoranda, agenda, minutes etc.).
Understand written text and drawing inferences.

Application process for TSICET 2017:
The process of application is online and begins from 01-03-2017. The last date of application is 05-04-2017 without late fees. The applications of the eligible candidates are accepted up to 1-6-2017 with late fees.

Transaction ID required if the payment is done through the E- Seva /TS Online.
Self-attested copy of all the certificates ( SSC to Graduation)
Date of Birth certificate and Parents Income certificate
Certificates to prove the candidates who belongs to special category (Optional)
Local Candidate certificate issued by MRO or competent authority.
Steps to apply for TSICET 2019:
Registration of the eligible applicant for the TSICET examination.
Visit the TSICET official website and fill in your personal details.
You will have a TSICET login ID and a password you can use for the main registration.
Proceed to the main registration of applicant and provide details about education.
Choose a center for the TSICET examination.
Check the information you entered once again and then click the Final Submit button.
Payment of the fees through Credit/Debit Card OR TS/AP Online Centers/Citizen Service Centers, e – Seva Centers in T.S. & A.P.
