MAH CET is a State Level entrance exam which is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra for the admission in the MBA and MMS courses. It is a state level MBA test. The score of this test will be accepted by all colleges participating in the counselling.
The mode of the entrance exam will be Online and it will be held in March. It is a really important exam for students who wish to pursue an MBA in Maharashtra. The DTE Maharashtra conducts the examination every year.

MAH CET 2017 Eligibility Criteria:
They should be passed in any Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45% marks in case of backward class categories and persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) to be eligible.
If candidates will secure Non Zero Positive marks in MAH – MBA, GMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT and CMAT 2017 which will be conducted by the AICTE/ Association CET and any other equivalent CET will be eligible to take the admission in MBA, MMS, PGDBM and PGDM course in the State of Maharashtra.
The NRI candidates are also eligible and can take the admission against the Institute Level Seats in Unaided Institutes.
Candidates should be in between 21 years and 25 years of age to be eligible.
Candidates in the final year of UG are also eligible to apply.

Application process for MAH CET 2017:
Step – 1 Apply Online: The candidates will have to visit the official website of the DTE Maharashtra for applying online
Step – 2 Registration: They will have to click on the “Apply Online” option and fill up and submit their Personal details, Qualification details, Latest Photo and options for CET centers. Then they will have to verify the information which will be filled by themselves. If candidates will find any errors, then they can change them at the same time before confirmation.
Step – 3 Examination Fees: After completion of the registration process the candidate will have to pay Rs. 1000/- as an application fee through online and Reserved Category and Physically Handicapped candidates (They should be belong from Maharashtra State only) will have to pay Rs. 800/-as an application fee.
Step – 4 Payment Mode: The candidates can confirm their Application by paying applicable fees through E- Challan or E – Payment. If the payment will be made by the candidate through E –Challan then they will have to submit it in any branch of Axis Bank Ltd in India. Or if they will want to create the through E – Payment mode they can process their fee through Net Banking, Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
If application form will not be submitted by the candidate on fixed schedule time, then they only can apply through online after paying additional late fees of Rs. 1000/- at the official website through Net Banking, Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
