Eligibility criteria for BVP BUMAT:
To be eligible to appear for BVP BUMAT, the candidate:
Must have passed 10+2 examination from any recognized board to satisfy the eligibility criteria for BUMAT.
General category candidates need to get at least 45% aggregate marks whereas reserved category candidates need to get at least 40% aggregate marks to satisfy the eligibility criteria for BUMAT.
A candidate should be an Indian National to satisfy the eligibility criteria for BUMAT.
The candidates who have appeared at the qualifying BUMAT examination are also eligible to apply provided they complete their examination including practical Examinations, viva / assignments on or before the day of admission to the institute of their choice. Such candidates will have to produce marks statement at the time of admission.
All such candidates will be provisionally admitted until the other necessary certificates in original, are submitted to the institute. The last date to submit all the certificates (except statement of marks) in original shall be 25 August 2016, if certificates are not submitted by the said date or the BUMAT eligibility is not granted, the admission would automatically stand cancelled.

Syllabus for BVP BUMAT:
The questions in the examination are based on the subjects of 10+2 level. The examination involves thorough knowledge of English and Mathematics that is taught at the 10+2 level. The syllabus for BUMAT is as follows;
1. His/her ability to work out the basic numerical problems and simple statistical numerical.
2. Carry out various problems on ratio and proportion.
3. Assess the candidate’s knowledge of fundamental mathematical formulas.
4. Test their speed and accuracy.
5. Ability to interpret -graphs and charts and other forms of data interpretation etc.

Application process for BVP BUMAT:
The filing of BUMAT form begins from Feb 2017, you can log in to the official website. The BUMAT application process is offline and the candidate is required to register themselves on the website.
The process of BUMAT application will last from Feb 2017 to May 2017.
BUMAT Registration of applicant:
Visit the official website and register yourself.
Fill in the personal details.
Complete details about your education.
Upload a photograph and a signature in JPG format.
Payment of BUMAT Application Fees:
Make your payment of application fees.
This fee is non-refundable and can be paid online using Credit/Debit or Internet Banking. Also, the candidates can pay the fee via DD. The DD can be made from any Scheduled Bank in favour of “The Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University” payable at Pune.
The BUMAT application fee is Rs. 1000/-.
Along with BUMAT form, the candidates are required to pay requisite application fee using any of the available modes. The completed BUMAT Application Form along with fee payment must be sent to the address given below either in person or through Post / Courier.
