Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is a well-known entrance examination which get conducted every year by Jharkhand Combined Entrance examination board. It is organized to screen candidates for admissions in for admission in the first year of degree level professional courses in the field of engineering, medical, architecture and many others. Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination 2017 (JCECE 2017) is a well-known state level entrance examination conducted for nine courses.

  • B.E - (Bachelor of Engineering)
  • B.Sc - (Agriculture) (Bachelors of Science in Agriculture)
  • B.Sc. - (Forestry) (Bachelors of Science in Forestry)
  • BVSc - (Bachelor of Veterinary Science)
  • A.H- (Animal Husbandry)
  • BHMS - Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery
  • MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
  • BDS- Bachelor of Dental Surgery
The JCECE entrance examination will be conducted in June 2017. The objective of conducting JCECE 2017 is to provide admission in different undergraduate courses. These courses comprise of agriculture, horticulture, and various other engineering courses as well. The JCECE entrance examination holds for three different groups, that is, PCM for engineering, PCB for medical, and PCMB for both engineering and medical groups.

Eligibility Criteria for JCECE 2019 Exam:

The candidate should be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of Jharkhand  as per criteria of Raj Bhasa, Government of Jharkhand.

For candidates applying for B.Tech program under JCECE 2017 Exam:

- There is no age limit for the applicants applying for the given course.

- The applicants must have passed SC/10+2 or any similar examination with 45% marks.

- The applicants should be a permanent or local resident of Jharkhand as per criteria of Raj Bhasa, Government of Jharkhand.

For MBBS, the applicants must have fulfilled the educational criteria according to the guidelines of MCI, Delhi for the program.

Also, the applicants should have passed with 50% of the marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually for applying to MBSS courses.

For Agriculture and Forestry, the applicants must have cleared SC/10+2 or any similar examination with Physics and Chemistry as the compulsory subjects and one of the subjects among Mathematics/Biology.

For Animal Husbandry, the applicants must have followed the guidelines mentioned by V.C.I for this stream according to which the applicants must have passed the SC/10+2 or any other similar examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.
